Edge Demonstrates LCD Solutions at SID 2008

May 25, 2008 - Edge Electronics was again excited to exhibit at the SID (Society for Information Display) show. Its 2008 event turned out to be the best yet. Edge exhibited a wide variety of LCDs and LCD solutions that at times had attendees lined up three deep to get a view. Included in the exhibit were NEC’s latest releases of wide view (16x9) displays that included 7”, 9”,12.1”, and 15.3”. The solutions included Digital View’s newest Harsh Environment control cards, as well as ERG’s inverters. Acrosser SBCs,Dawar touch screens, and Quadrangle cables were also featured. Edge also showed off some of its custom capabilities like its 2000 M/cd2 enhanced high bright LCD’s, as well as an NVIS enhanced 8.4” NEC XGA panel. The excitement surrounding Edge’s exhibit continued throughout the three-day exhibition as customers and manufacturers discovered how Edge Electronics can be a valuable asset in bringing superior display solutions to market.
