ILSI's 1.8 V Ultra-Miniature 2.5 x 3.2 mm TCXO

ILSI, a leading supplier of frequency control products, expands its TCXO offering with the release of the 1.8V I547/I747 series. The I547/747 series is an ultra-miniature 2.5 x 3.2 mm TCXO available in stabilities to ±0.5 ppm. Standard supply voltages include 1.8 V 2.7V, 3.0V and 3.3V. All supply voltages are available with a voltage control option (I747). The Clipped sine wave output is available in a frequency range from 10 MHz to 52 MHz. With a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, low aging and excellent phase noise, the I547/I747 series is ideal for applications requiring tight stability. Typical applications include GPS, mobile communications, smart grid networks, wireless, instrumentation and Femtocells.
