The EDQKN084SV06PF101 is one of Edge Electronics’ LCD Quick Start Kits.  This Kit Features NEC LCD module NL8060BC21-06, an 8.4” industrial display module, that has has a wide operating temperature range.

This 8.4” TFT-LCD Kit comes with the NL8060BC21-06 and all of the products needed to power and drive it, including a CCFL inverter from ERG, an LCD Controller Board and an OSD Kit from Digital View, as well as other cables and peripherals.

This Quick Start LCD Kit is intended to give engineers a place to start when designing a new 8.4 inch LCD into their product.  The NL8060BC21-06 is one recommended LCD for this size due to its features and availability, however other 8.4 inch LCD’s are available, if you would like to inquire.  Please note even the slightest changes would cause the kit part number to be different.  Other customizations such as part substitutions, touch screen inclusion or integration, brightness enhancement (High-Brighting) and more are available and should be discussed with your Edge representative on a case by case basis, depending on the project requirements.
