Edge Electronics Presents: The Fourth Annual Long Island 2 Day Walk to fight Breast Cancer - Golf Outing

On Thursday June 19th, 2008, Edge Electronics invites everyone concerned with the fight against Breast Cancer to do their part by...golfing?

It's true, for the fourth straight year Edge will present a golf outing dedicated to raising awareness and funds to benefit Long Islanders affected by breast cancer. Sure there will be prizes like a Car, a Vacation, Golf Clubs, Golf packages, Gift certificates to stores, restaurants, hotels and more, but the great part is you get to have a lot of fun while contributing to a really good local cause.

June 19th falls right at the end of spring/beginning of summer - so we expect another beautiful day and fantastic turnout from members of the electronics industry and other supporters of the Long Island 2 Day Breast Cancer Walk - which will take place two weeks prior, on June 7th and 8th. www.li2day.org

To date, this event has raised in excess of $70,000 donated directly to The Long Island 2 Day Walk to Fight Breast Cancer, Inc. They donate 100% of donations to grassroots service organizations, so the funds reach the members of the Long Island Community affected by breast cancer.

At $195 per person for a full day of Lunch, Golf then Dinner @ Stonebridge Golf Links and Country Club, plus the chance to network and do something positive for the community - you can't go wrong. If you don't Golf or can't make it during the day, you can attend dinner and raffles for just $100.
