FLEZON covers audible alerts, speech and audio playback, microphones, and ultrasonic sensing. These functions need different components and drive circuits, and the enclosure affects their performance. - Speakers and receivers
- Components for speech, audio playback, and listening at the ear. Compare the acoustic output, impedance, drive power, and mounting with the space and openings in the finished enclosure.
- Transducers
- Magnetic and piezo transducers produce sound from an electrical drive signal. Review the required waveform, frequency, and drive circuit alongside the sound level and installation.
- Buzzers
- Magnetic, mechanical, and piezo buzzer families provide audible alerts. Confirm the selected device's operating voltage, tone, and drive requirements rather than choosing by dimensions alone.
- Piezo elements
- Piezo elements are the sound-producing parts used within an acoustic assembly. Their mounting and surrounding cavity affect the result; confirm the drive and feedback connections for the selected type.
- Microphones
- MEMS and electret-condenser microphones capture sound for voice and audio systems. Select around the pickup pattern, electrical output, noise requirements, and microphone opening in the enclosure.
- Ultrasonic sensors
- Ultrasonic devices support sensing by transmitting or receiving sound above the audible range. Compare the target, distance, beam pattern, and exposure requirements using the selected model's documentation.
- Shock-sensor inquiries
- For FKU shock-sensor requirements, send the part number and the event you need to detect. We can request current documentation and availability before you evaluate a device.

- For an alert or speaker, include the desired sound, frequency range, level, and measurement distance. For a microphone, describe the source and background noise; for ultrasound, include the target, distance, and coverage area.
- Drive and installation
- Share the supply, available drive or input circuit, component dimensions, mounting, and enclosure openings. Check whether the selected sounder needs an external drive signal and evaluate it in the intended assembly.
- Environment and validation
- Include temperature, moisture or dust exposure, quantities, and timing. Request any required medical or other application-specific documentation for the exact model, and define the tests for the finished equipment.
