Plan the overlap
Evaluate the replacement while planning supply for the equipment you still need to build and service.
Similar size or resolution does not establish compatibility.
A display change can affect evaluation, documentation, and production planning. We help you review product options and plan supply for the transition.
Product and Enhancement Options
We help you review manufacturer lifecycle information, coordinate product and enhancement options, and plan purchasing and inventory. We arrange samples and manufacturer technical input for your team to evaluate. Your team confirms application requirements, including cleaning or sterilization compatibility where applicable.
Options may include panels, controllers, touch screens, and bonding or other enhancements. A replacement may require changes to the equipment; similar size or resolution does not establish compatibility.
Lifecycle Reviews and Manufacturer Notices
We can agree which parts to monitor and a schedule for lifecycle reviews. For those parts, we pass along relevant manufacturer notices we receive and help plan next steps.
Last-Time Buys and Inventory Releases
Share your expected production, qualification schedule, and field-service demand. We can discuss a last-time buy and stocking arrangements, including releases beyond the manufacturer’s last-time-buy date. Quantities, timing, and release terms are set out in the agreement.
Manufacturer Documentation for Your Quality Review
Tell us which specifications, certificates, traceability records, change notices, and configuration details your quality team needs. We request the available documentation for the selected products and identify any gaps for your review.
If You Have Received an EOL Notice
Send us the notice, current display part number, supporting components, production demand, and evaluation timeline. We will check the available manufacturer information, suggest replacement options, and discuss purchasing and inventory for the transition.
