DPAS-rated orders
We receive and process DPAS-rated orders in accordance with the applicable rating and requirements. Tell us the rating at the start. Put the required delivery date and the flow-downs on the purchase order.

Our processes support applicable DFARS sourcing requirements and customer flow-downs. Confirm the clauses at the start.
Lot-level traceability
Authorized-channel parts carry available lot-level traceability and manufacturer documentation. When another channel is agreed with the customer, we identify the channel and the available documentation before shipment.
TAA compliance, sourced
Not every part ships TAA-compliant. TAA-compliant sourcing is available on request for qualified products such as SSDs and modules, subject to availability and confirmed country of origin, and we request the available manufacturer country-of-origin documentation. Send us the requirement.

When supply is constrained, we contact the manufacturer for current availability, delivery plans, and product options. Factory supply and delivery decisions remain with the manufacturer, subject to applicable rated-order requirements.

We can coordinate samples, provide FAE support, confirm the exact manufacturer part number, and review its lifecycle position before qualification.
Product support and regular program reviews.
We supply components, displays, and embedded computing for defense and aerospace programs. We help your engineering team evaluate product options by coordinating technical information, samples, and input from the manufacturers.
We can agree on a regular review schedule for the rating, forecast, open orders, supply concerns, and next actions. Technical questions are handled by our team or coordinated with the manufacturer as needed.
