About My Account

I do not have an account. Why should I bother creating one?

Creating an account will save you from retyping all your account information the next time you shop with us! After you have used your account to order, you can then log in to your account to check on the status of your orders, view past orders and track your shipment. Also, an account is required if you wish to take advantage of two-click buying.

How do I log in to my account?

Enter your username and password above under the heading "Login To Your Account Here" and click the Sign In button.

Will my payment information be stored in my account?

For your protection, absolutely NO payment information is stored in your account without your authorization. If you have enabled two-click buying, your payment information will be encrypted and safely stored in your password-protected account.

I have an account but I can't remember my password. What can I do?

Enter the username you used to set up your account under the heading "Forgot Your Password?". Then click the Email My Password button and we will reset your password and send you a temporary password to the email address stored in your account.

I am not sure if I have an account. How can I find my username?

Enter the email address you used to set up your account under the heading "Not sure if you have an account?". Then click the Email My Account Info button and we will send your username and a new password to the email address stored in your account. For your security we will reset your password to a temporary one that you can change once you log in to your account.

 

Search & Product Selector

What can I search by?

Our search tool allows you to search by part number or keywords. You can also browse products by category or manufacturer. Be sure to utilize our product selectors to compare specs of popular models of LCDs and SSDs.

How do I use the product selectors?

It?s easy! Select a value under any or all of the available categories (hold shift to select more than one option under a specific category). The list will sort according to the attributes you select.

If I can?t find what I?m looking for, does that mean you don?t have it?

If you don?t see something on our website, chances are we still probably have it or can get it. Please contact us so that we can be of assistance. Remember, Edge is an authorized distributor of many of the most reputable leaders in the electronic component and LCD industries ? a huge benefit to you, the customer, because we can work directly with these manufacturers to get you what you need.

 

Shipping & Lead Time

What?s the standard lead time for out-of-stock items?

Lead times are subject to change and different for every component. Please contact us for updates and current estimated lead time for backorders.

What does reserve stock mean?

Sometimes we hold on to stock in reserve for projects. If a part has available stock in reserve, please contact us, and we will see if we can make it available to you.

 

Cart & Checkout

How can I remove an item from my cart?

Click the Delete link next to the item you wish to remove.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

Change the number in the box next to that item and click the Update Quantities button. Please note the quantity of a "Free Gift" item cannot be changed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards (from U.S. providers only).

How do I make changes to the items in my cart, or to my address or payment information?

The headings for each step in the checkout process become links back to the step once that step has been completed. At anytime, you can click on the heading for the completed step and you will be brought back to that step to edit information you have entered. You should use these links instead of the Back and Forward buttons on your browser because doing so may cause you to lose information you have entered.

I have already created an account, how do I use it to speed up my check out?

When you get to the billing and shipping address pages, all your information will be pre-populated based on your account information. You can also take advantage of two-click buying - simply add an item to your cart, and you'll be directed to the checkout page!
