Shipping Policy

The Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Ship Time

Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed. If it is accepted before 4PM EST we will do our best to ship it that day. If you are in a rush, please reach out to us via phone (800) 647-3343 to make sure your order is accepted, and so we can expedite it.

Shipping Options

Note: Online orders for in-stock items will typically ship from our Bohemia, NY warehouse.

Use Your Own Account:

We encourage you to ship via your own account. Simply choose your method and submit along with your account number.

Pre-Paid Shipping Options:

Standard Ground Shipping: $8

2-Day Air: $13

Next Day Air: $18

These options are only available for orders at online listed prices. Any special quotes will be subject to using your own account, or specially calculated shipping to match the shipment. Please inquire with your sales rep.

International Orders

International orders are not accepted through our website but can be placed through a sales representative. Please call 1 (800) 647-EDGE (3343) or fill out our contact form.

Return Policy

Inspection and acceptance of goods

Buyer is deemed to have accepted product unless notice of rejection is given within a reasonable time which is agreed to be within ten (10) days of receipt. Edge Electronics will honor all our manufacturer?s warranty policies. No return will be accepted without prior "Return Material Authorization" (RMA). Materials must be returned as directed by an Edge Electronics Representative. Returned product must be in original packaging and electrostatic sensitive items must be packaged in electrostatic packaging.
